No-shows are considered used bookings and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Monthly memberships must be canceled before the next billing cycle.
Once a billing cycle has started, fees for that period are non-refundable.
Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation terms for enterprise clients or custom agreements are governed by the signed contract and may vary depending on scope and duration.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Eligible cancellations made within the allowed cancellation window.
Duplicate or incorrect charges due to technical or administrative errors.
Services canceled by MSPACEZ due to operational reasons.
Services already used or partially used.
Late cancellations or no-shows.
Promotional offers, discounted packages, or special deals unless stated otherwise.
Setup fees, onboarding fees, or administrative charges.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
